Ilae is for people aged 18 and over. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. One account per person.
The free plan allows a limited number of messages per day. Ilae+ and Ultra subscriptions are paid through Google Play, renew automatically each month and can be cancelled anytime in Google Play (the service stays active until the end of the paid period). Prices include VAT. By starting to use a subscription immediately, you agree that the service begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge losing that right for the period started.
Ilae does not replace a doctor, a therapist or emergency services. If you are in distress, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU) or a helpline.
You may not use Ilae to obtain illegal, sexually explicit, hateful or dangerous content, bypass its safeguards, automate requests or resell the service. We may suspend accounts in case of abuse.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on Ilae's replies, nor for temporary unavailability.
You can delete your account anytime (Settings › Privacy). We may change the service; you will be informed in the app of significant changes.
