Ilae Privacy Policy

Who we are

Ilae is published by Pixel Studio, sole trader, rue Émile Vandervelde, 6141 Forchies-la-Marche, Belgique, company no. 1032.720.495 (“we”). Contact: support@ilae.store.

The principle: your conversations stay on your phone

Your conversations, what Ilae remembers about you, your mood, your voiceprint and your health data are stored only on your phone. They are not copied to Google backup nor stored on our servers.

What goes through our servers

• Your account: email address, and a password stored as an irreversible hash (or Google sign-in). Kept until you delete your account.
• Your messages, only to answer you: to generate a reply, your message and useful context (conversation excerpt, memories, possibly a summary of your health data if you allowed it) are sent to our server and then to our AI provider. We do not store them.
• Usage counters: messages per day (3 days), IP address to fight abuse (2 days), failed sign-in attempts (15 minutes).
• Reports: if you report a reply, its text is kept for 90 days to improve safety.

Our providers

• Mistral AI (France, EU): generates replies. Messages may be kept up to 30 days by Mistral for abuse monitoring, then deleted; they are not used to train models.
• Cloudflare: hosts our server (EU Standard Contractual Clauses for any transfer outside the EU).
• Google: Google sign-in (if you choose it), app verification (Play Integrity), subscription payments (Google Play: we never see your payment details).
• Weather: your city name is sent to MET Norway (Norwegian Meteorological Institute) and, if needed, to OpenStreetMap to find its coordinates. Nothing else.

Health data

Your watch data (steps, heart rate, sleep, workouts) is sensitive. Ilae reads it only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Settings › Senses, or in Health Connect). It is never sold or used for advertising.

Legal bases

Performance of the contract (providing the service), your consent (health, calendar, screen time, microphone, contacts), and our legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention).

Your rights

You can access, correct and erase your data, object to processing, withdraw consent and request portability. Settings › Privacy › Delete my account erases your account from our servers; uninstalling the app erases everything on your phone. Requests: support@ilae.store. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be) or your local authority.

Age

Ilae is for people aged 18 and over.

No advertising

We never sell, rent or trade any data. There are no ads in Ilae.
